Appeals & Anticheating
- Appeals must be submitted within 30 minutes after the end of the game, in writing to the Chief Arbiter.
- Appeal fee: €80 — refunded if the appeal is accepted.
- The Appeals Committee consists of 5 members (3 regular + 2 substitutes), appointed before Round 1.
- The organizers may apply FIDE anticheating controls on all players throughout the round.
- Players may not leave the playing hall during their game without informing the Chief Arbiter.
- Failure to appear for a round without prior notice to the arbiters = immediate exclusion.
